The average joe or casual gamer can't tell. They don't even undertand the difference between 1080i, 720p and 1080p. The average gamer doesn't have two displays side by side with a ps4 and a x1 along side. Ps fanboys blow this crap up because they have nothing else happening on ps4 and lack of quality exclusives at launch. I can't wait for my x1.

No one is "downplaying " it idiot its just that unless you have a fuquing beast of a display that's bigger than 50" and sit less than 5 feet away from it you can't tell. Don't know the percentage of people in NA thar fall in such category but I imagine its very small.

Simply because people like x1 games better. If they can get an x1 they can easily go for the ps4 but there just isn't any interest in their library. Why is that hard to comprehend?? Some don't care about the sony ps. Simple as that.

Because it didn't praise the ps4 they way other pro sony sites praised it??? Maybe they just like the features x1 has offer and really couldn't tell that ps4 had 50% more powah. Some people want more out of a console just like they want more out of their smart phones.

You know its hard to tell a difference unless you are looking for it. The ps4 probably has a slight edge but when you hype up the crap out of a rumor than people are expecting to see a night and day difference which sadly isn't the case. I was honestly expecting something much better from a so called 50% MORE POWER. Sadly not the case.
