Gamestop is greedy. Point blank. There is no excuse for selling an inferior product at increments of $5 discounts I could justify if they gave better compensation for trade-in value but, any trade conducted with them is the buyer seldom made whole. As far as raising prices inflation is largely a parlor trick to justify overpaying people who don't deserve as much as they receive like bureaucrats, stock brokers and corporate CEO's.
Everybody is a "fan-boy" for something. It's been going on since before Atari vs Coleco-Vision. It's great to have various products to choose from
Perhaps you didn't see any of the game demos or controller functions at E3.
I just hope this is not only a track on the racing game. That would suck.
The biggest problem with the Journey of Dreams Wii game was the fact that the developers tried to shoehorn wii mechanics into it. They tried too hard to over-emulate what was done in the Saturn original and lost all of the charm and appeal as result of it.
This list is really predictable and more of a retrospective than 100 really great games but, for the sake of personal ridicule here goes my top 100:

I've seen and played a dozen of the biggest pre NES games and NONE of them are in the top 100 if for no other reason than the biggest and best of them have had superior revisions and improvements eventually.
I think there is much untapped potential in the wii u. When the concept for the console first debuted I vividly remember a woman targeting a mii styled character hiding in a window in a sort of wild gunman/duck hunt kind of demo using the wii u tablet combined with a wiimote and nunchuk attached to make a "gun". I was hoping for a little more arcade styled novelty with the wii u tablet. Once I saw what they were doing I thought "Ok. They could produce games in the vain of Ghos...
