Am I being stupid or won't Mr. console controller get their ass unbelievably kicked by Mr. PC keyboard/mouse??? I don't see how you can possibly play against a lightning mouse cursor aim? Help me out here, and apologies if this has been mentioned.

Omg please yes. Make it so. Bit not just an HD uprate. We want the Reach polygons all over halo! Imagine the Silent Cartographer's beach or the Control Room's vast snowy banshee flying. Bring it on!!
CLEARLY the 360, which just doesnt stack up. I thought working on the PS3 version all this time was going to advance it?? I'm a bit gutted as I was up for a PS3 buy. Instead, I'll get a pre-owned 360 copy for a fraction and love every minute of it! Played the 360 demo and up close textures and facial movements were awesome, as was the environment and gameplay. Certainly felt Uncharted visuals in places.
I have both and love both. Pretty colour crazy in Forza but as unimportant as the lawn is, the level of detail in that grass on the replay in GT5 seems unforgiveable. But that said, use memory on shadow, weather and cars instead perhaps? Hell yeah! Both great games I'm afraid. Not sure I can account for 4 years though...
...The ugly prehistoric looking plain boring squares that used to be nice 3d aero style side scrollers. Sadly we have kinect and it's super eyes to thank for this :o(
....thanks to good old kinect, our lovely 3d aero style windows have become flat corned, boringly rendered squares. Such a shame, feels like we've gone back 3 years personally. Although we HAVE enjoyed the clarity on the headsets, that's been awesome.

Sorry, don't agree with this one. Everyone's entitled to their opinion of course lol. the only gripe I've had is my 0.8mb internet speed, gee nice one UK. But compared to ODST, Reach actually works so far!
...but then again I CAN see both sides. Yes it's a sore subject and perhaps bad timing. I guess it's the equivalent of having a "Be Hitler" board-game back in 1939. BUT THEN AGAIN, we've always had goodies and baddies for god sake and yes it's fun being the baddie. But entertainment's never been so realistic before has it! Perhaps fictional baddies leave less bad taste. As I said, I can see both sides.

....Our lovely 3D sidey scrolls have gone and been replaced by flat same sized ones. God it feels like a downgrade :o( I love my xbox but it is a shame this one. And I bet it's all cos child's Kinnect can detect the same size windows isn't it!!! :o(
....but nothing to celebrate. Real sad times that the main UK game retailer that springs to mind is struggling.

Still Alive by Lisa Miskovsky puts shivers down my spine. Awesome soundtrack and groundbreaking game. A real underdog. On my shypod too.
....Oh my god it still has a disc tray! And still no blu-ray! It's such a shame. But I guess with such a huge base already, how can they have 2no. disc formats running. Cost nightmare for all developers. It's a shame :o(

...QUALITY. Ok ok we've had Silent Hill since 1608 but think about it. This is taking one of the most terrifying universe and entirely removing the annoyance/concerns over cr@ppy camera angles. Think about Silent Hill in First Person eyes; to me that's one scary and immersive experience. Re-visit Silent Hill 1 or 2. Bring back that terrifying war siren. I AM UP FOR THIS!!!! Anyone with me?
The concept is absolutely disgusting. Like we're not all skint enough already. I can see this absolutely destroying release date game sales. Who's gonna take the plunge? No one. Who's gonna wait for all the reviews or simply hire it. Everyone. The only way I would accept this and I mean ONLY, is to sell a chunk of the finished game in the demo, and discount when you buy the full one. Otherwise, you're paying twice. SICK!
As much as I hate to agree with big head Cliffy, I kinda do. You have to really go some these days to get a 9 or 10, (unless you put Grand Theft in the title). And to be fair, I think Gears 3 deserves a 9. But we are entitled to our own opinions without being rude to one another! Anyway, who cares, get the game for your own eyes, that's the most important part, your OWN opinion!! Enjoy everyone, it's awesome. Disclaimer: PS3 owner also lol.
