These people will learn the hard way that a company will only put up with their nonsense for so long. They will not get promotions or worse yet have their jobs outsourced or cut. Gaming dev jobs are not hard to fill and they can be filled anywhere.

A lot of the problems with bf2042 can't be fixed with a patch. Like cyberpunk 2077 there are foundational design flaws.
As someone who spent days of my life playing this game I think it's time on this earth is coming to an end.
