Right now, Sony is dominating the commercial side of the console wars.
On almost every channel theres Playstation commercials show up.
Sony's doing a hell of a good job in promoting the must have games.

Sony has 3 consoles out here on the battlefield.
I think Nintendo should have had 3 consoles as well but the GC flopped extremely bad.
Sony is in a good position, imagine how hectic it is to manage 3 consoles, PS2, PSP and PS3.

DVD (HD) seems almost finished now.
Its funny how HD-DVD came out after BR and BR is winning.

I've noticed recently while I was watching Prison Break yesturday, the PS3 commercial kept on showing every time. Also R&C keeps showing on every commercial break on almost every channel.
Then theres the PSP Star Wars Battlefront pack with that annoying guy in it and there is two commercials already one with the elevator and the other with the football playe...
They know games better than anyone else.
This means that WB people will have to consider going exclusive for BRD because they said if Toshibas format doesn't make a difference in sales then they will talk BRD exclusivity.

The reason Gears was so graphical is that it had small levels.
Small levels will have way more details and be more graphical.
Any dev could do a game like Gears.
Uncharted has a hand-to-hand combat system and bigger environments than Gears.
Look at Logans Shadow for PSP compared to Socom 2 and 3 for PS2. Logans Shadow blows away Socom in graphical power, but if it were a game like Socom with big maps/levels the graphics would be &quo...
Just think when Christmas arrives. Parent will see the BR symbol and will be asking if PS3 plays movies(for those parents that don't know). Then they will pick up a good movie like Ratatouille, Pirates3 or Spiderman3.
