Blu-rays are more expensive - DVDs are also more expensive than VHS tapes.
You've already bought all these movies a million times - Oh yeah, because that DEFINITELY relates to EVERYONE. I mostly buy the new movies made for HD anyway. That's not really a "negative" for Blu-ray, though.
Blu-rays won't play on most computers - So buy a new drive.
