Too bad it's for a game like Section 8, though :/
"This is the first one that lets anyone create dedicated servers, not just official ones"
Ahh, like Battlefront on the PS2. Both it and its sequel still have running third party servers.
Tough decision? Not really.
Wait until 2013+ like originally planned, make "Wii 2" suffer the same fate as Dreamcast.
I suspect that this may be Nintendo's downfall on the console market, if rumors about the touchscreen controller are true. That won't appeal to anywhere near as many people. And even in the Gamecube era, they didn't do much to support third parties.
If Sony/Microsoft stick to their words and wait for a few more years, a successor to PS3/360 could cause "wii 2" to become the next Dreamcast.
And hopefully that picture is fake. EWWW.
Blad3 wants nothing more than to further these rumors (that he probably is making up himself anyway).
Look at his history of commenting, playing the "yell 'fire'" game.
They celebrated with a laggy match of Brawl, which by the time they set up with friend code exchanges and getting the match set up, PSN was already back online.
"We're number two! We're number two! We're number....uh, never mind, guys"
"Corona or bud light??"
'Better drink my own piss'
You wish.
Your "speculation" comes from thin air and ill will.
Unlike 99% of paid critics, he's not afraid to be.....critical. He's not afraid of losing ad revenue from big publishers or losing out on early preview opportunities.
He almost always makes a point that other advertisements....I mean reviews, miss. His reviews aren't 2 pages of info we've already gotten from previews instead of info ("64 players! 12 maps! 1000 hour long campaign! buy buy buy!") on how well balanced the game is.

"The crash is a serious blow to Sony’s efforts to usurp Microsoft from the online stage, who’d argue their service is paid-for to avoid situations just like that"
Right, like LIVE hasn't had worse *COUGH* Holiday 2007, 2 weeks of almost no functionality *COUGH*.
'You get what you paid for' nothing. Before a bunch of losers came along and attacked the network, PSN did a great job at being stable (Other than the "PS3pocalypse".....
A punch in the nuts to have PSN down without warning, but it's nice to know that they have security highly in mind, and want to avoid future attacks.
"re-building"?!
They're taking security quite seriously.
I mean, it's definitely a punch in the balls to have this happen without warning (PSN going down), but it's good to hear that they're upping security.
Cnet, Gamasutra, and the usual are rolling out their anti-PS3 FUD, taking advantage of this unfortunate situation; likely the consequence of the tsunami, too.
Get ready to cover and smudge the second screen with your thumb for action and shooter games (or else use the stylus and lose easy access to the buttons on the right side). But Shigeru Miyamoto uses these two features as an excuse for not adding a second ''circle pad''
Ridiculous, Miyamoto.

I honestly doubt that the EU would get it first, though. Playstation needs to re-establish itself in the US. Besides, they rarely release things first in the EU.
Holiday 2007 through early 2008.
That was about 2 weeks in which Xbox LIVE was not working properly. Two WEEKS.
Cover mechanics, open world, Mirror's Edge inspired platforming?
"Different game" indeed.
"Speaking of weapons, one of the nice touches, and one that goes a long way towards emphasizing player choice, your gun isn’t out by default. It’s a small thing, but it’s one of those gamisms that we don’t really think about, but if you saw somebody running around, shoving guns in people’s faces when having conversations with them, you’d most likely call the po...
They can't even put together more than 3 people for a protest these days. Who is this vague group of persons to say who is incompetent?
LOL, he tries to turn it into a conspiracy; "They're trying to take down the entirety of our vague group of random people!" This is the FBI. I'm pretty sure the FBI has a good understanding of what anonymous is.
"Officials" and "representatives" of anonymous? They obviously have no idea that Anonymous is a random group of whatever teenage boys want to join. There's no structure to this "group". They have no real SET pri...
Vlad looks like WEEGEE.
Thanks, we all were curious.
But what's the appeal of holding out the handheld and moving it around to aim?
I like to keep my haldheld still on my lap while playing.
