Why tell them about it when they could just... watch it. Experiencing something for yourself is far better listening to someone try to explain it... a lot of the time context is very important in conveying something is funny, and context isn't something you can always describe.

Black Flag in my honest opinion is utterly boring, time consuming and becomes very tedious. The amount of collectables scattered around the vast world become boring and a chore. Not to mention the amount of "Follow this guy over here, hide and listen to him talk for a little bit" missions are the majority of what you'll come to expect with land based missions.
