this really should not surprise anybody if true.
it should not have a easy mood because of all the cry babies that dont like games that actually challenge you, they are use to being hand feed how to play a game or games being built for them. cry me a river a game that is a challenge suck it up there is still a few gamers out there that like a challenge. enough games have already been ruined because of cry babies and the feminist/social warriors.
vr is nothing but a niche product the entry price is way to high, you americans have the cheapest entry point. everybody else if you dont have a ps4 or a computer that can run a vr setup you are looking between a 1000-2000 just for a toy must people dont have that kind of extra money laying around to waste on a toy. but we wont know the real success of vr until at least a year or so from now. of course all the early adapters will by but that really means nothing in the long run. the real ques...
the xbox one has failed because it had to be modified because of the sheer dislike that people had for it when to first came out. also because of microsoft flip flopping on what the xbox one is.
still think vr is going to fail to become mainstream. but we will see in a year form know how vr has panned out. i would like to be wrong but i think cost is going to be the downfall of all the vr systems. entry fee for all of them are 500 + and the average person does not have 500 + to spend on toys
if your connection drops no more game for you also i dont feel like listening to a bunch of immature adults that act like they are 12 telling me off. single player for me, if the game has no single player portion i will not buy the game. if your network drops you can't play the game
nope when i buy a game a should get a complete game not half a game or the rest of the game in dlc content. its not gamers it is companies treating customers like crap. this is why i only by games when they are on sale or game of the year editions. if you are going to charge for a full game then release a full game not half a game
i have one request nintendo please remeber how to make a good console.
if you live outside the us that is pretty close to actually price. in canada the rift is going to cost 914 just for the rift and add around a other 1500 to upgrade the computer it is around 2000
vr is nothing but a fade just like 3d tv and laser disc. in a year it will just be a other story. price along kills any chance of vr ever being main stream and the fact it cause motion sickness.
easy answer yes. you american get the cheapest price for it period. and that does not include the upgrade cost for the computer
i agree but that wont ever happen because you have to many gamers that would complain about games being to hard. there are way to many cry baby gamers out there. most new gamers would never survive the good old nes games. games back then were built to kick your ass.
vr is to expensive at the moment plain and simple. it will need to drop in price significantly before it is mainstream
yes in total it is going to cost around 2000 for the rift and to update your computer to handle it
the real price is more like 2 grand. if you don't have a pc that can handle it you are easier looking at a grand just to update the pc to use vr.
vr has be always been a gimmick in gaming. in other fields it is quit useful. but in gaming it is very expensive gimmick just like the will controller was a gimmick
it will be years before we see a all digital console.
299 vr machine keep dreaming. At that price or would be one crappy vr machine
simply answer yes. it will be a gimmick because everybody expects it to be like it is in the movies.
it looks like a other piece of shit fps game.
