Battlefront is only bad due to lack of content. The game is solid, plays well, and looks amazing. If they had released all the maps from Battlefront 1 & 2 on disc, people would be singing about the game.
I know the feels. I was going to buy it when it was on a flash sale for $8, but a bunch of people I asked that bought it day one on my friends list said it wasn't even worth $8. That's coming from David Cage fans too.
Halo 5 has some of the best multiplayer this gen. The single player had bad pacing though, which is hopefully something that gets worked on with the next couple games.
Destiny wishes it was as good as Phantasy Star Online. Destiny is poor mans Borderlands x Mass Effect fanfiction.

Umbrella Corps was targeted at the ORC crowd. If anything it showed that people who thought they liked ORC and those kind of games clearly didn't. You don't have to worry about them doing anything like that with RE2 Remake and RE7.

We had a couple games here and there that were great for last gen and this gen, but I don't think anything will ever beat the PS2/Xbox/GC gen, and the DC/PS1/N64 gen.
