Possibly, the new iGPU sounds promising. Might even be able to play the Witcher 3 on medium, which is impressive for an integrated card. I'd wait to see what the actual tests show, but on paper it sounds like it might be capable.
Ehh, HP isn't bad for a low budget $200-250 laptop that you're going for light "everyday" use, but their higher end stuff is very unreliable. Asus I could say the same for, I had a Asus ROG laptop (G73Jh) that I paid $1,500 cash for, and it literally died the day after the warranty expired (because they did a piss poor job on applying thermal paste, my parts overheated and fried).

Be sure to avoid those models like the plague. HP downclocked the hell out of the CPU with the previous gen of AMD processors, and didn't allow any way to up the clock rate. That caused terrible performance for the CPU and integrated GPU, because it couldn't run near what it was advertised to run at.

They're not wrong in saying that. The hardware was already outdated when they were coming out, but then again that's what happens when you're a console. I'm hoping next generation of consoles feels as big a leap as the Xbox to the 360.

I think all of their focus is currently on the Division. They want to make as much money as possible off of it, before they move on to their next money maker. I'd expect a release date at E3, hopefully followed with an announcement or tease for the next gen Splinter Cell.
