Well said. It really felt like a spiritual successor to Code Veronica. My biggest gripe with the game is how underutilized Alex Wesker was. Aside from that Rev 2 has a ton of things to do with raid mode, and hopefully the next Resident Evil game will include both Raid Mode and Mercenaries with all the maps from RE 1,2,3,4,5,6, CV, Outbreak 1, Outbreak 2, and the characters from all of those games.

We've still never had a proper follow up/ sequel to Code Veronica. Especially considering how things were left open with Steve, Claire, Wesker, and Chris in that ending.

It'd work if Sony didn't have such aggressive anti-piracy, that it makes the price of mandatory accessories (Memory cards) unaffordable.They also couldn't have a lot of the games on it also available on iOS for a cheaper price, and they would actually new to put a decent amount of money into advertisement.

I hope not either, but it seems like Capcom is about as reluctant to use that engine as Square Enix is to using their Luminous Engine. I would be hype as hell if Capcom's first Panta Rhei game was RE7 or RE2 Remake, and Square Enix's first Luminous game was a Parasite Eve remake.
Dude, the beta for that looked amazing. I just wish they would finally release it, even in the unfinished form since it was a Proof Of Concept.
I hope to whatever the fuck there is out there, that this game makes up for RE4, and RE6. I just want the feeling of playing 1,2,3, CV with 4's inventory system, and the ability to change from Old School camera to RE4 style camera, and more zombies, huge survival horror and puzzle emphasis. I really miss that REmake Atmosphere.

Some of them were yes. I thought World At War, Black Ops I, Black Ops II, MW1, MW2, and COD2 had some pretty good campaigns for the Military FPS genre, but I liked Battlefield 3's campaign better than the other Call of Duty games I haven't listed and thought BF4's campaign was better than Advanced Warfare, Ghosts, and MW3.
But yeah, hopefully BF1 does really well story, and gameplay wise. I sure hope so since I already preordered it for...
