I think whats happened is that they have maybe changed the requirements?
Yesterday i never had the icon on my XMB (i got a refurb ps3 back on tuesday which seemed to have been a european ps3- these were know not to have the icon). But now i have he icon.
have you actually played a PS3?
I play battlefield regularly and am still able to get into a full game everytime. PSN is no longer like what it was on release, now 27 million worldwide, probably just as many PSN users as Live Users, start catching up.
Its the fact that there was nothing wrong with these features, no-one wanted them to be taken away. It was also mixed with the fact they skipped 2.9 for the update, and to be honest it was exactly a Major Update
Hmm, Well i see your point, but i feel they have gone down hill on the listening front recently. Remember 1,500 comments i think it was on the US blog.. no reply. They alsi haven't brought in the wanted features like In game voice chat etc.
I have been commenting on the blog saying we should spam the comment section constantly about the chime! I dont think they relise how much people want it back, with its original font too (would look very odd to have the new PS3 logo with my 60GB, just like the console start up does)
Yes, but i am saying they are starting to turn into, as you can see from the answers theres still many unanswered questions, users want customisations, and i hope sony brings it.
Dont get me wrong, Sony has done many things in the firmwares, i have never had a problem with any of the previous ones, but this one even got me annoyed. Mainly because basically all the features were not asked for.
They have answered some, but there are still many questions which they haven't answered!
Friends List seemed to be completely off the agenda, and the Jingle when the game list looks odd, and i haven't noticed a change in loading times.

Great, HMV gets it, so no chance of it being below £100, this is the shop which sells games which are 2 years old for £40, rip off. Why didn't they just give it to shopto!

Hmm, IGN have not quoted anyone saying it, microsoft have not said its exclusive, Konami have said No comment. Its coming to PS3 i would say, either timed or same time. Microsoft just paid Konami a bag full of $$ to get them to make it.

If you read the back stroy on the US playstation forums, you read that the planet is actually very desolate with many gases etc on the planet, which i suppose blocks out the light it must get from the nearest star.

Its only two days extra, after playing this at Eurogamer Expo, it was a must buy. This Game definately lives up to the hype. Gameplay is great, graphics are Superb, mechanics, well i think we have seen from the videos as well are outstanding.
Its so wrong, most forums have stop the site being used because its so inaccurate, so why isn't it blocked on this site.
