Wow, this is just armchair quarterbacking from a journalist that has 0 ability to actually make this shit. Go make a mod with these things in it instead of a whiny article..oh wait, YOU PROBABLY CAN'T. Most of the articles on N4G are just shit.
God the articles that make the top here are fucking dumb.
Why would they even start the hype train this early then? uggg, dumbbbb.
Fuck Destiny...money grubbing sellout fucks at Bungie can polish my knob. If you like Destiny, go listen to Luke Smith tell everyone how dumb their fans are.
It always amazes me how bloated the system requirements are for PC while aged consoles can play it. Just seems like poor optimization.
@The_Infected: Maybe it looked bleak for Quantum Break to come to Steam a few months ago and now a deal got done. Things change, Greenberg doesn't necessarily have to be a "liar"....Perhaps that's what he believed at the time and somehow a deal got done. I could care less about Greenberg or the game, just pointing out your knee jerk idiocy.
Agreed. He's pretty much downplayed the whole multiplayer aspect the entire time...now he's a "liar" because people don't understand the word "unlikely".
It sounds like you need to be online and connected to the same server as another player AND THEN come across them in the vastness of the procedural universe. So yeah, unlikely is pretty accurate.
No, you just weren't paying attention.
@septic - it wasn't that the servers were down, but you can find another article on the front page explaining why they didn't see each other. No one lied, details may have been spared, but no one fucking lied. Whether that makes NMS an over hyped POS or a true gem remains to be seen (I'm on PC), but a lot of people seem to get a hard on while slamming Hello Games and it's founder.
Maybe I'm wrong, but I think Nintendo is fucking up with a mobile video chip and the "take your games with you" concept. They already own the handheld space and it's been years since they've released a truly legit home console.
That does not help at all...thanks.
I think they are trying to let their games do the talking. At the end of the day though we'll all know the hardware specs before making any purchasing decision. Maybe their Neo will be a little slower than the Scorpio and they don't want to get trashed by the internet forums over it...either way the specs between the two will likely be close enough to parity that it won't make a shit ton of difference.
My next purchase will be a sick video card and VR headse...
Games have been 1080p for a while (some up scaled I'll note)...If that stat is true, and console gamer's #1 reason is "resolution", then it kind of shows how ignorant console gamers are. I doubt any of these "next half-gen" consoles will be able to much above 1440p, most will likely stick with 1080p.
Wow guys, a little late on this review eh?
I love the concept of HoloLens, but from what I've heard it doesn't appear to be the amazing tech I wanted it to be.
He just used it as an example....chill the fuck out retard. Maybe it was the last scripted game he played. There's no "fanboy conspiracy" in that simple comment, dip shit.
How many times has Nintendo attempted to cash in on games made 20+ years ago? No thanks, I'll just get an emulator and plug my controller into the PC.
Exactly, you can't trade digital games in...console gamers are used to trading their games back in. Pretty fucking easy to understand. I'm not even going to read the article because the question is poses is laughably dumb.
They can pretend that the Pro's hardware is adequate for 4k but honestly, as a PC gamer who sees the latest stuff coming out, the Pro nor the Neo are going to cut it. It will most likely be "upscaled 4k" or whatever you want to call it. Either way, Sony's gamble on 4k is a bad move, IMO.
