I'm over 21, and have literally played thousands of games in my life. I know about 95% of the games out there, and I consider myself to amongst the hardest of hardcore gamers. I also own every major Nintendo handheld. Now, with that being said...I've never played Zelda... I know it's shocking (and embarrassing). I honestly don't know why I haven't. I guess I just never got the opportunity.
By the way, I've also never played a "proper" Mario ...
Can't wait, now can we have Postal 2 for PS4?
I love this series, I also used to live in Tucson, AZ, where RWS' is located.
This. I think it's safe to assume most console players bought physical.
If you have a weak PC I'd recommend buying this game on console. While the DS2 PC port was good, Bandai Namco's PC port history is "touchy" to say the least. They recently ported Tales of Symphonia to PC, and in the short time it's been out it's already known as one of the worst ports ever. DS1 also had a terrible port.
Keep in mind, that I'm not a psychic. DS3 could have an amazing port, but I'd be cautious when the game launches. The best ...
Nice! It's always good to see best girl Hitomi.
Never before has a single comment summarized an entire article so well...
I know... *unzips
I agree, and I beat every game I buy. If I don't beat the game I not only feel like I wasted my money, but I also psychologically feel like I "failed" which makes me miserable. If I don't complete a game (which only really happens with old games I played before I started completing every game), every time I see said game I feel this immense despair. In short, I definitely feel the need to complete every game I have.
With that being said, that's me. By no...
Yeah, I really liked Fallout. My GOTYs were Fallout 4, Bloodborne, and The Witcher 3.
While you may view NeoGaf as non-biased, the general consensus amongst gamers is that they are radically biased. Especially when it comes to issues like censorship.
Wow, Black Ops 3 did much better than I'd expect.
Knack was bundled with every PS4 sold in Japan, I believe.
My predictions:
1. Gaming News Story of the Year- Death of Satoru Iwata
2. Best New Studio- Toby Fox
3. Best New IP- Bloodborne
4. Best New Video Game Character- Quiet (MGS 5)
5. Best Single Player Experience- The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt
6. Best Multiplayer Experience (Co-op counts!)- Splatoon
7. Best Story- The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt
8. Best Soundtrack- Star War...
Hmmmm...Not sure how people will react to this, but, hey, I'm game. I know it was in the previous installments, but people are more sensitive now, so I didn't know if it would be included. Oh well, I don't think any game's ever been hurt by having extra modes, and I'm sure the DOA faithful will really enjoy this. I know I will!
If the price was reasonable, I'd buy it in a heartbeat. Fallout 3 is in my top ten favorite games of all-time, and I constantly look for excuses to play it. This would be a good excuse!
At launch Bloodborne received a 9.6, and the main reason it didn't get a 10 was due to loading screens and technical issues. In the past year, FromSoft has released many patches fixing these issues, so upgrading the game to a 10 only made sense. Plus, it was their last GOTY, and giving said GOTY a 10 is a good way for the website to go off with a bang.
Well deserved. Goodbye GT, I hope your ex-employees find much success in their future endeavors.
Whether you love(d) or hate(d) GameTrailers, you have to admit that this was a dirty move. The least they could've done is announce the closure at least a month in advance.
Whoa, that's big, but in this case, I think bigger is better.
Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum will always be my favorites, I just have so much nostalgia from those games. I remember the long days I used to play them, discuss them with friends, and so on. I have so many memories from those games, and I'm sure I could still name all 493 Pokemon from them.
