The cool thing about MGS is that you can approach the game in many ways. Sure you can be stealthy, but if you're me you take the action route. I played MGS 3, 4, and GZ like an action game and loved every minute.
Bethesda almost HAS TO announce Fallout 4. If they don't the internet will freak out, and people will boycott Bethesda even though they never even teased Fallout 4. Hype can make some people crazy.
If it's anything like Dark/Demons souls the game will just start hard, but get easier as you go on. Why? Because you learn the game's mechanics and get used to them. You learn from your mistakes, and (hopefully) keep trying until you find a style that fits you. You almost train yourself to succeed. I haven't played FF type 0, but the FF community loves it. So if you tend to agree with the FF comunity I'd say yes.
To play deadly premonition again for the first time would be amazing! That game has defiantly one of the best stories ever.

Most stores guarantee that if you already have a pre-order in they won't raise the price (because you agreed to the pre-order at the previous price not the new price). Check your store, I know Gamestop/EB guarantee your pre-order price, but I'm not so sure about others.
