I agree, but it's not like these delays are happening to games that are announced close to release...these delays are happening to games announced years in advance. Devs should take all the time they need, but if they aren't close to release they shouldn't announce it.
1-2 months was kind of a exaggeration, my point was games shouldn't be announced so early in development.
Man, it seems like every game is getting delayed these days...Sometimes I wish devs would announce all of their games 1-2 months before release, so they'd be ready when they promise to release their games.
The damage Unity did didn't come from the game itself, rather it came from the fact that it was broken. It was so broken that it damaged the entire AC franchise, and it damaged Ubi's reputation. I never said Unity damaged AC because it was bad, I only said it damaged the AC franchise. Since I never said it was bad I assumed most people would get that I meant because it was broken.
That aside, I do dislike Unity. I Just found it incredibly boring. Add that to the fact ...
Yeah, I noticed that Undertale's getting tons of praise, yet nobody seems to be paying any attention to it. It seems like it will be GOTY for the "hipster" community.
I'll have to check it out one day.
Anyway, my GOTY is currently Bloodborne. It would be Fallout 4, but I'm currently having a game breaking glitch severely hinder my experience.
MGS 5 does get repetitive, but it's great in short bursts. If you like marathoning games then you'll hate MGS 5, but if you like to play games for short periods of time you'll love it.
I paid full price and don't regret it.
I'm loving Fallout 4, but I can't give it GOTY until it's patched.
Right now I'm facing a glitch where my game will crash if I go to a certain section of the map (yes an entire section). The problem in most of my active quests involve going to that section, so I'm pretty muck out of luck until a patch arrives.
Yep. Not only has it had it's day, but it also received major damage from Unity.
This list seems pretty straightforward, but I haven't played the game yet so I don't know how hard it actually will be. Tbh, I'm worried about this game...the fact Ubi struggled with releasing a working Beta doesn't give me good faith that the full game will work.
MP3's awesome, my personal 2012 GOTY.
To be fair, many people just see "sale" and click.
Is it a worthwhile value? Yes. Is it the best year ever? No.
PS Plus, is awesome, and I'm sure it'll only get better.
Uhhhh, well, still getting it...Luckily PS4 has Spotify, so the screens won't seem THAT long.
Not really, but what is common is people freaking out over the smallest things.
I've lived all over America, and (for the most part) people of all sorts of colors are everywhere. The thing is, most Americans don't care about skin color, and accept all people of all backgrounds. The only ones who don't are (SOME) hillbillies, and people like this who insist every game/show/commercial needs to have a certain percentage of a certain type of people.
That's cool, not everybody will buy a PSVR after all, and the last thing I want is people missing out on grand experiences because they failed to buy a (let's face it) very expensive peripheral. I know I'll be counting my pennies when PSVR comes out.
Half Empty or Half Full...That is the question.
Love to see visual novels getting support (even if this one is "weird"), hopefully this tells devs that there is a western audience for these things willing to pay.
Ouch. That's Painful.
My avatar isn't anime like on purpose...It's from one of those "cartoon yourself" websites, and I got it a while ago. It's my profile pic because it was on my computer when I had to choose an avatar.
I think they'll announce Resident Evil 6 "Remastered," this is Capcom after all...
