"It's dirty tactics though isn't it."

Not really. It's five entries divided into five pages. Again, it's not like readers have to read fifty pages to get to the meat of the thing.

I get the frustration and it would be nice to have everything on one long page because you might sprain your button clicking finger, but it's FIVE PAGES.

Ya fucking tit.

"Oh noes I have to click a button to go page to page. You, sir, are worse than Hitler!"

It's like 5 pages, dude. It's not like someone's making you go through 40 pages to get to the point of the article.

I just re-downloaded 2K14 and I had forgotten how much fun it is.

@Hardiman, you're right, man. I should have said "hardcore wrestling fans" instead, which is more accurate. But, while that's still a smaller number than the amount of casual fans the WWE draws in (along with us hardcore wrestling fans), it's still heartening to see that "hardcore wrestling fans" can sell out a 20,000 (ok, 12,000 - in wrestling, we round up, right ;D) arena.

While the current WWE product clearly needs help (understatement of ...

I would love to see one, too! However, I'm also glad that AEW isn't getting too ahead of itself and knowing that they have to build up their fan base past the rabid indie fans that came to DoN (nothing against the rabid indie fans, btw!) before jumping into making games and big things of that nature. So far, it seems like they're doing everything right.

Yeaaaaaaaaaah... I think you underestimate just how much money WWE has.

Oh, I know. Believe me. This is just wishful thinking. I'm not so naive as to think this could actually happen.

I'm surprised Tom Kalinske still has any hair considering how often he probably wanted to pull it out while dealing with SOJ.

Have you read "Console Wars" by Blake J. Harris? I'm not all the way through it, but it touches on the early talks between Sega and Sony, just as you're describing here. But, you're pretty on the money here, too. The Saturn really was a mess - in both its launch and design. Between that and the N64, it's no wonder so many publishers went with the PSX. While the original PlayStation really was a great system, considering the alternative, it was only kind of the only o...

Exactly the conclusion the article came to :)

Also, I'm sorry to hear about your cat.

Sega, at the time, *also* catered to the older demographic. The real difference being that Sony actually did it well and did it consistently. :)

We might have even gotten a proper sequel to Chrono Trigger.

Where exactly in his reply did he say this is exclusive to games? You guys need to go get some air or something and relax. :)

I sort of think we would, actually. I could be way off base here, but I figure there's more money to be made in a multi-platform game than an exclusive (other than whatever incentive the console company gives to the publisher for the exclusive rights, obviously), so I figure a publisher would be more willing to take risks with a multi-console game than an exclusive. I dunno. I'm probably just talking out of my butt.

It's not really MY cup of tea, but I totally see why so many millions of other people like it. I suppose I just don't have the patience for it. But I hope *you* like it!
