If no aaa games come out till december, I'ma complete Far Cry 4 and trade my PS4 for Xone and enjoy Forzas + other exclusives untill maybe uncharted 4 comes out next november or smth.
Online features are likely to get involved, after all it's 2015 soon. If Skyrim took 3-4 years, fallout 4 taking 5 years seems right as bethesda's own games have taken a bit longer each time. And that correlates with hours of gameplay (Skyrim was well over 200 incl. dlc) I bet fallout 4 will be close to 300 and the world will be largest to date. It's bethesda, it's likely to be goty like their last 3 games.

Only online data will. And because campaign progression isn't, it's not worth it to buy it for full price again as I'm not gonna play the same missions all over just for the graphics. Stand-alone single player DLC would get my money though, but even after a year of the game's launch there's been no mention of new DLC.
