yeah the latest videos i saw seem like they improved the hit detection; to the point where you dont have to be a medic to slay 3 to 4 people in a row with one clip.
i think its lame they dont want to learn frostbyte and make a better game than battlefield bad co. 2; with all that time after bad co. releases i was expecting something fresh with the same engine and more "new". now i can expect the game to be very limited in terms of open area space. at least like the first poster said try the new cryengine.they lost points for this move.
yall arent being honest if you thought this game was good it was riddles with connectivity issues and the kart control was horrendous. i hope im not the only honest person that steps up and says something.
in battlefield bad co.2 they kinda take skill to get kills with, i mean if you get a couple of shots forehand and hit for aoe they might fall but just aoe wont take you out,and you can take out walls where suspects are and sometimes they go down;in open areas it takes skill with aiming at distances to drop someone with just one.some people on the battlefield forums suggested laser designators for the m203's but theres no word on anything like that being added.i never got to fire one off for m...

i just called sony about a deal i saw on an xbr9 32 inch for 500$ and they had no information to give me regarding the compatibility with 3d, and the tv is 120hz, it would work with nvidia 3dvision tech, and the xbr9 accepts firmware upgrades.the lady i spoke to said sony has no plans to implement a firmware upgrade for 3d.
plus it would be too taxing on the ps3 to expect the same quality of uncharted 2(for example) in 3d; 3d is not possible in ...

yeah this is not available in my area; but the connection speeds and accessibility to hd looks really good.i wonder if i could recieve the hd as internet service or would it be needed to be connected to the tv directly.
i dunno man; there are different methods of implementing what is called an rpg; if people use the transition of zelda 1 to 2 or the title alone as an example all games are rpgs.
3d might be the "future" but the technology behind "3d" now;stereoscopic, is a fail and a form of presentation that is backwards compatible that supports volume is the future.
if its stereo 3d then i think its a fail regardless of how good the tv is. stereo 3d is old tech and cannot display volumes. so while x and y coordinates are pushed out you cant use motion control to point at z. stereo is/was good for its time, but a new form of 3d that incorporates volume is necessary.and im sure would be backwards compatible with 60hz hdtv's if a new standard was presented.

as a ps3 gamer, where trophies are, you are missing out if you say
"I have 0 platinum trophies and I'm okay with that. There are too many games and so little time to worry about mastering everything."
that means your just wasting space and money and probably making gamestop rich and me the happier i can get games used that are great, long, fun, and attainable platinum's.
but theres is a part about trophies and economics that i think was failed...
i still dont have this trophy but good hard trophies force you to learn the game environment and means of interaction. i think multiplayer trophies are a must for competitive multiplayer, i didnt get uc2 because its multiplayer was great but had only two trophies for its game modes.any gamer who achieves what is possible but difficult within a game that supports trophies should be commended with golds and multiple options of achieving other trophies.

the first zelda was an rpg in its time and the second was a hardcore rpg that wasn't turn based.just because a japanese developer doesn't make a turn based action game doesn't mean an offering of role play is an action game.
