It certainly has the ability. No other media centre does as much as the ps3. But for some reason people confuse value for money with cheap, which is pretty sad.

But anyway I can see where you are coming from now Mario/Zelda story has nothing to do with the game for you, while I have always seen it as something which needs improvement, like telling a new part like what happens after Mario rescues Peach, could you do something besides rescuing her while still going on an adventure, or for Zelda could we see what happens after Ganondorf is defeated.

I think you are confused about my comment. In all other games they need a new story. Ratchet and Clank, although it mightn't look like it, DOES have a different story in each game, which usually carries over from a previous game. If you can't see that Grand Theft Auto has a new story/different characters and vastly improved game world on each iteration we may as well go home. Same with Final Fantasy. Guitar Hero has new songs which is at it's heart a new story and the gameplay mechanics don't...
While I agree on some issues I think you're missing the point. In most games they advance the story and then when it's finished they start making spin-offs depending on the success, but Zelda/Mario have had the same story for ages, along with Pokemon and Animal Crossing(which didn't actually change at all, besides the wii's added area for online) Gran turismo is different since it has no story it is just a racing sim so any advance in realism is welcomed, and Street Fighter were cheap downloa...

If the best of the 360 games are on the ps3/pc, well then that makes the reason to own one null. If a game is exclusive, then you have to get the system it is on, rather than buy a system where all of it's good games are on a different platform. With the ps3 next year, it has a ridiculous amount of AAA games which simply aren't on the 360, which means that the ps3 is THE system to own if you want to play all of next year's great games.
