This all sounds good. I hated making a bunch of game-altering decisions when I hadn't even started playing yet!
I also can't believe Rome Total War isn't on there. I suppose this is due to the fact there are way more than 10 "best strategy games" for PC
Baby!
The author's mom also left me cold - blue balled, to be exact.
p.s. are you the heavy from TF2?
Hahah I really like that name. Could be a great premise for an indie war game, you play as a complete dunce and your squad mates have to keep saving you from blowing yourself up...
Damn dude, I was totally about to buy this game until I read your post.
p.s. Learn how to spell, it'll get you places.
I guess the reference is lost on you.
But at least Sony has the balls to show the tech around a good bit and let the media post videos and such of their individual experiences when playing it. Perhaps I haven't been keeping good track of current events, but MS seems to still keep info locked down concerning Natal.
Don't see the use in worrying over details at this point, both systems are alive and healthy so we'll see a future for the both of them. So everyone should rejoice.
I like the marine dance at the end - I wonder if all the units have little easter eggs like that?
I can't believe how foolish they were. If they actually wanted to "do it right" in doctoring photos, they should not have used the exact same frame for both shots!
They could have easily taken two photos from the PS3 in quick succession, called one PS3, and the other 360. If they went through all the effort of pasting lots of little buttons on the screen, you think they would have "looked at the big picture"...
Lol at 4:39
There were a few face-palm cliche moments, but everything else was stellar and the visuals are clearly of a whole new caliber. The most intensive/ unique movie experience I can recall.
And assuming the lead character on the left is female - but I honestly have no clue what the gender is of the character on the farthest right. Is it a chick with a short haircut or a supremely androgynous male?
And the hype train continues.
Always spot on, gotta love the Onion.
But they won't acknowledge it, judging by your disagrees :)
Interestingly Borderlands is outselling Forza, which in turn is outselling ODST.
It seems that a strong userbase immediately purchased ODST (the 2 Mil) and then no one else is. As has been mentioned before, it seems ODST has no legs.
I think people are here because they are interested in how other games measure up to Forza 3 sales-wise, after Forza 3 has been hyped to the nth degree. I doubt that people have "revenge" in mind. Turn 10 has attracted a lot of attention with their claims - it is inevitable that the game is going to undergo scrutiny.
Your post is spot on. That title has to be comedic hyperbole. There's just no other way to explain it. 'Epic Crashes' indeed!
Hoohaw.
Good to see a game that tries something different be getting the respect. This game's got style, and it also seems to have a bit of that good 'ol castlevania feel, except done right in 3d.
Makes sense, it would be strange for a video game character to have a vocoder on his voice the whole time.
