It wasn't a port, the design of the game was altered to accommodate the 360, which could well have resulted in cut content including removing backtracking, towns and locations etc. Perhaps before you rush to defend your beloved 360 with such fervor you should do the research.

Id wager it was FFXIV that did most of the damage, the amount of support staff and whatnot you have to set up to run an MMO must be staggering and then if it all goes to crap you're out a fortune. Not that im all that surprised, a second MMO was a bad idea to begin with.
