@joecanada try asking the driveclub devs, also fps is more important than realtime clouds and lighting that youre not going to notice when youre going over 80 mph. In a racing game fps means a lot, it gives a better sense of speed.

They are also the ones that praise killzone 2 for being slow and clunky because its more realistic.

Im pretty sure they can easily match it, I mean come on its not like they make huge open world games with huge armies on the screen with large destruction. Im not trying to bash quantic dream, they do make great story driven games, but for what they do, it shouldnt be too hard for them to achieve or even beat the dark sorcerer graphics
Did I see a different E3 than everyone else. Microsoft not only has sequels coming on launch but also has a bunch of new ips too, which are actually coming shortly after launch, unlike alot of games that might not come until 2015.
I would agree with you if we're talking about the reveal trailer, but what they've shown us lately, it barely looks better than what ive seen on the 360 and ps3.
Sometimes change can be good, but you have to be very careful.Just look at splinter cell conviction, and especially Halo 4. If you go onto the halowaypoint forums just about everyone would rather have a halo 3 copy than the new gameplay additions.

Optimization can really go a long way, you dont really need a 7990 to get the most out of Bf4 or any other games, a very small percentage of gamers can afford top cards so most devs, even dice and crytek make their games to look great with even cheap cards. Now for the xbox one and ps4 everybody has the same video cards, which should be able to make the devs utilize 100% of the capabilities. I'm not really a tech expert so Im not sure if what i just said is really true, please correct me ...

nah, they would just say the "power of the cell", "power of bluray" "power of gddr5" etc. Microsofts cloud is much more different from sonys, they invested over 10x more infact.
