They didn't have a problem having an E3 when the PS4 was announced did they?
This is clearly just fear, they don't want to do what MS did when announcing the XB1 bad PR can destroy an entire generation for them.
I understand it's hard for you to think not everyone in the world believes Sony are gods, but if you have a chance I advise you to take a look at other gaming sites and you will see my opinion is in the majority.
