Depends on the Easiness of PS4 Game Development.
PS3 complexity and its install base growth is the main reason dampening JRPG development. Thankfully the Wii retains some of the talents. Hopefully the PS4 could reflourish JRPG...Sony get tools, software, plugins ready, get the PhyreEngine 4.0 game engine done for JRPG sake!

Ready-to-Use Game Engine(UE3) and Simple Game Console(X360,Wii).
FF, on the other hand, tangled by the Complex Game Console, struggle to get a game engine running on it.
PS3 complexity pushes Japanese developer onto simple, easier machines. Current Handheld platfrom is easier to develop than the PS2.
What makes Game Development simpler & easier? PC architecture Game Console and a Ready & Free to Use game engine like Sony PhyreEngine*.
*Actually current PhyreEngine hasn't made Game Development simpler & easier. I haven't seen any Japanese Game powered by PhyreEngine running on PS4. Perhaps in the future. So...
Traditional Cinematic Experience is 24 fps.
I prefer the hardware power spend more on Physics, lots of Physics, open world physics and detail Character Physics.
