Devs have commented on Neogaf over the last year that Sony can be very slow to release SDKs for devs, it may be the reason the PS4 is staggering at times. Sony is also slow updating their console with new features, i don't believe anyone should be shocked by this comment. Microsoft on averages release new SDK's to devs every two months to three months. Microsoft tools are improving at faster rate.
A faster CPU is going to have better performance. Its not just 8% or 10...

Wrong not everyone was effected by this. When Sony was attacked the entire network when down for almost a day. 360 seems to be have been effected more than x box 1.

They are overtracking x box 1 you mad they had x box 1 sales at just over 6 million end of October.
They revised those figures after Microsoft confirmed they where about to ship 10 million consoles worldwide start of November. 6 million was off by good 2 million sold to customers
If anything VGcharts was overtracking PS4 sales worldwide. They had them at 13 million end of october.
Sony said they shipped 13.5 million end of September.

50 per cent more powerful machine would run every game at 1080p and you would have zero frame drops at 30fps, simple as that.
The PS4 does have a power difference is not as much as people on this site make it it out to be though. Games are prove of that already.

I think Amazon is better for this Microsoft xb1 unity bundle was the 3th most sold item in videos games and consoles for November. The closest bundle for Sony was the GTA bundle that came in at 17th place, last time...

It was getting there after the first patch. When the game first released i couldn't find 1 match for more then a week.
It wasn't a great launch, but it didn't take them long to fix it.
They can't fix the frame rate on PS4, that not fake. Ubisoft has real limitations to deal with and never mind of people on here who what to believe Ubisoft is entirely at fault for the bad frame rate on PS4.

If anything it shows Ubisoft can't fix the framerate for PS4. The PS4 has real issues when devs attempt to bring out a true next gen experience game. The xbox 1 clearly has an advantage in CPU speed. Ubisoft can't win with Sony fans they are wasting their time when most of the still don't understand why the PS4 versions runs worse.

On average that means Sony produces 1 million + consoles a month and they ship to 100 countries.
