I bet he does.
He'll need every third party game Nintendo can muster. Especially given the mediocrity of their last bet with ZombiU...
Never underestimate holiday shopping morons!
$500? Not worth it.
Hell, the WiiU isn't even worth retail price. Far from it.
The funny thing is, I gave him an agree LOL
About what I expected of a dated system.
Nintendo chose to release the WiiU without Tvii or immediate online - you need a patch for it.
Reviewers make due with whats available to them. If a consumer picks up a WiiU tomorrow, they want to know this kind of stuff.
One man stimulus package, comin' up!
I will buy the poop outta that.
That last shot of Trevor climbing the Vinewood sign... Jesus that's one big city. And it's not even showing outer-city limits...
Pre-ordered!
I wrote one of those. I'm blown away by how fluid they made the experience online. Completely unprecedented, especially for Nihilistic.
Nice! Hadn't seen those first two images yet. Thanks!
Ok, let's not all bash the guy. It's a pretty funny read, and I sense a hint of sarcasm here and there.
The SIZES, not SPECS
MAG was so under-appreciated
Thank you!
I like the idea of switching on the fly - but that's the thing. The GI article said you can do so "most of the time."
I don't want the whole game to be a series of limitations regarding who I can play as. I want all three available, from start to finish.
I happen to agree with a lot of what he says. Is it really so wrong to be cautiously optimistic? There are those - the author and myself included - who felt that while GTAIV was a big step forwards, it took a few smaller steps back here and there too.
I'm optimistic as well, but with a hint of caution.
This was a great article that sums up my concerns entirely. Like the writer, I though GTAIV was a let down in regards to side-incentives. Liberty City was a remarkable world, but with little to do - and what was available to do had no conclusive value. Some examples from the PS2-era GTA's include completing 100 taxi missions to unlock a pimped out Cabbie. Or doing 100 Firefighter missions to become impervious to fire...
