I have yet to play the demo, but my brother says it's not the worst game he's played. I'll try it tonight and judge for myself.
As soon as I read that and have a crappy time playing the demo, at the end I say, "Well it's not complete should I give this another try when released?" To be honest though, if the demo game usually is not finished but sucks, the final product probably won't make a dramatical difference. Turning Point: Fall of Liberty comes to mind when they said they would take consumer thoughts into consideration. Still didn't turn out well upon release.

Killed a good hour and a half at work. I like the use of JMT as theme music and Torrence seems like he has some good broadcast skills as well. The most important part was that some valid points were mentioned and the fanboy bashing was a very nice touch.

Does anyone think you can use the Rock Band stuff with this game? I wouldn't want to spend that much for a game especially if I bought Rock Band.
Sony came out and said they have passed 360 in Europe. If, in case this is not true, I would assume that they feel the need to defend their lead. But it is true. They do take the console lead thing rather seriously.
But with the whole registration fiasco and the delay made me forget about this while I was playing GTA. It looks good though and I am really looking forward to this when it comes out. Just wish I played it when I had the opportunity cause the beta ends tonight and I won't have a chance.
this is mostly due to the fact that most people on XBL have mics. And most people on PSN do not. I'm sure it would be pretty similar if more people had mics. I bought Warhawk which came with a mic and no one online uses one.
The achievements and gamerscore, though meaningless, are fun to get and it is fun to compare with friends. But I prefer quality over quality even if it means I miss out on some points. Avatar, for example, will never be on my account even if it is the easiest 1000 points in the world. But the thing I hate the most about achievements are the point wh0res who will play the worst of the worst games just to get their score up. Like I said quality over quantity. But to each his own I guess.
I actually like both my PS3 and Xbox and think that both have great games. But honestly. Why don't you just sell your Xbox instead of coming on here saying you hate it? It's kind of like contradicting yourself. You hate the games, yet you own one. If there is nothing you like on it, sell it and buy some more PS3 games. Why let it take up space if you're not using it? Why waste money on something in your opinion is a piece of crap?
Agreed. But Kaz Hirai (above) usually lets off some pretty funny stuff sometimes even if it does bash the 360.
I dont think they are leaving the hardcore market. I think they are trying to expand their market and introduce new demographics to their userbase. It seems to me like they are expanding their marketshare with this idea. It may work, it might not. I think they should just stick with the hardcore fanbase.

Bladestar360 uses one period when needed. The other Bladestar, aka Mr. Bubble, ALWAYS uses three periods when all that's needed is one in his posts. Check for yourself. Mr Bubble posts a few posts below. They use different grammar styles when writing their posts. I could be wrong though.
People don't always realize that competition is good for any industry. It forces companies to put more focus on their products which (usually) is good and beneficial for everyone. Haze is getting some pretty bad reviews right now. Free Radical really should wait before new scans get out as they are not in many people's good books right now. Maybe they are trying to redeem themselves? The Timesplitter series has always been pretty good though.
