That sucks. I've been waiting for this one too. I know it won't be as good as COD but I had higher hopes for this game.

Overlord is not a good example of a western rpg. KOTOR and Mass Effect are better examples. People need to stop saying that Overlord is a crappy rpg. Name a crappy western rpg that didn't do well. There are none. Look at world of Warcraft. Western rpg yet millions of people around the world are playing it. Please don't give me that "Western rpg's suck" crap.
I seen Lair get a few 3/5 which is the same as 6/10. But all Sony fans are ignoring those 6's and still saying it will be a good game. How do we know that this six will be the only 6 that it receives and gets 8's from everywhere else? Don't base your opinion off one review people. At least 7.5 from Gamespot. Watch. This'll be good.

Yes but the thing is that Mass Effect is not turn based like so many JRPGs. I really don't like random battles when the screen stops, takes time to load up the battle screen and then proceed into a long, boring battle. Okay, I take back the futuristic technology comment. I don't mind it, but I guess what I meant to say is that I prefer the medieval side of the FF series and not the futuristic, random battles of the FF games these days. This guy needs to stop bashing games and get a REAL job. People will stop hating him and he can even make some cash by WORKING instead of spewing out garbage about videogames.
But I will definetely grab this once I see more reviews and they better be good, official reviews from RELIABLE sources. But, I still think I will be playing Bioshock and HALO 3 more than this. But I still think this will be a good game worth grabbing.

Fully agree with you on that demo. At times I absolutely TRY to enjoy a JRPG once in a while but I just can't do it. I was looking forward to BD but when I tried it, I turned it off in about 10 minutes. The game was way to slow. The fact that your animals attack for you was a stupid idea too I think. Western RPGs for me. Swords and sorcery not Science and technology.
Is that they all think MS fans want their cheezy JRPGS even though JRPGS suck. You guys need to get it through to your heads. They were good until the PS1 but now they are way too overhyped and the companies are churning out complete crap. PS fans need to get a 360 to see what American RPGS are like as they're way better. That is EXACTLY waht I say to PS3 rpg fans. "Have you ever played the first six?" Like 90 percent of them have never even heard of the series till part 7 came out.

Seeing this game makes me really miss the Max Payne series. I hate the fact that the grandfather of bullet-time is getting overshadowed by games that aren't exactly up to it's par. But this is still a great game but won't be better than Max Payne, one of my all time favourite IP's ever. Please don't get me wrong, but this game is so sick people.

You took the exact words rightout of my mouth. I was just about to state that those two were missing. Even though this list does focus greatly on the PC, we must remember that Halo was brought out on it and pretty much deserved a spot on that list.
