CS dont require skill any more than CoD or BF does...
The only thing that requires skill is Surf maps on pc and thats only cuz u gotta get the cntrols and the feel down to actually do it decently...
But yeh every1 uses the same weapons and shiz and with a 1 hit kill sniper rifle u cant really lose..
yeh jsut some guy whining that he actually has to play the game a lil more to get the emblem or w.e
tbh no is fully pure :) should be making bad and good decisions throughout the games cycle :) if your only making one type of choice then ur not being honest ;)

Yeh however people will turn down a decent free game just so they dont have to use sumin other than steam...
