Do people even know what a 3/10 game is? a 3/10 game is one that doesn't function correctly, a game that has full of bugs, little to no presentation, terrible production costs or otherwise won't work. The RNG is random as F***. I have almost two days into the game and I have yet to find any legendary equipment, then I play two multiplayer matches and I get an exotic pistol (The last word) and an exotic rifle (Hard Light), one right after another...

Same reason why Titanfall is on PC I guess? Probably part of the deal Sony and Capcom had, remember, Capcom is a failing company, they want to make as much money as possible and still work a deal that would be financially beneficial for both of them.
Regardless Sony is definitely pumping money into this project.
