ive noticed that this only happens with my x1 when something has updated. then i have to manually turn the system on with the button or the controller, but after that one button turn on, everything goes back to normal with voice commands. try it and you'll see what i mean. and a good ole 5 sec power button hold down to clear the cache fixes all of the other bugs if you're having any. (but after the 5sec reboot you have to manually turn it on with the controller or the power button)
