Because modded 360's are much better than the original product. Which is also why MS doesn't want you to have on besides the pirated games.
The xbox 360 wasn't designed to be broken however it seems like MS doesn't want to fix the problem especially if they are selling at 200 bucks and more with a 3 year warranty. No matter what area you keep it in eventually it will break or you will remain one of the lucky bastards who don't have RROD or E-74.
The game is the same unless you're a fanboy and I see a lot of disagrees for saying it's the same.

This is proof that Eurogamer really don't play their games.
They did rate MGS4 low and other ps3 exclusives. If it was multiplatform it would've been higher.
PS3 and 360 are not the same, they do not have the same games except when it comes to multiplatforms.
Had troubles for a little bit but it's not an issue now. very fun game.

I have 37 ps3 games, 22 on disc and the rest downloadable.
360 = 7 games, exclusives and some downloadables.
