This was supposed to be the first game console that would literally be used for download distribution. Full games all to the console. It never appeared thus the name phantom.
Killzone 2 has dedicated servers no p2p there.

I really doubt a box costs that much. You can literally find them at stores for free. They'll let you have them.

You do know that N4G allows people to post news, reviews, articles, Interviews, previews, trailers and etc. As long as the article is making a good point there's no reason it shouldn't be on this site. Also this is pure speculation of a halo 4 in the works although I doubt it.
