Yes if your paying for something and somehow its not available or f'up yes you have the right to complain about it! Doesnt mean it will help but you can! When PSN was free, you really had nothing to complain about. Now that we pay its unacceptable as it should be. And that goes for all services not just PSN.
Dont know why you got disagrees. So why is it that PSN is still having problems tho? Ive been a part of XBL since it came out and in all the yrs of it being around it hasnt had as many issues as PSN. Thats fact not me making shit up. Everyone touts it better than XBL but you still having problems. Good thing I dont have net right now I would have been livid.
