Some games are ridiculously sensitive, the slightest move and you move. The division is a perfect example, but they put deadzone settings in so its easily fixed. All games should have deadzone settings.

If you say 30fps is fine then you're a casual. 60fps should be the minimum, no excuses. PS3 was putting out 60fps open world games like RAGE! and full 1080p 60fps ones like GT5. 60fps should've been the normal last Gen, this Gen its ridiculous to see anything at 30fps. I would rather have smooth gameplay with a very responsive game than a slight graphical increase.
