what's even more frustrating about the bandwidth shortage is the irregularities in connectivity. I splurged for the highest plan with Cox. They promise 12MB and sometimes I get this but never when I need it. usually at like 3AM. Oh well I guess its better than dial up. We've gotten pretty spoiled.
