Well, contrary to what most here seem to be experiencing I actually had a good time with it. The gfx range from good/decent to plain awful, the animations too and the combat is a bit clunky. However, the game is fun (for ME) once you get the hang of the controls and you start stacking up combos and seeing baddies go down like flyes. I'm neutral and I feel the same. Just because you question a console while supporting another does not mean your questions or criticisms are automatically illegitimate or product of fanboyism. No matter who you support this gen this is one criticism that is most accurate, it was plain stupid of MS not to include a HDD in all their models.
I highly doubt it'll have the same impact as when the ps3 cut their price. At that time there was a LOT of people not buying a ps3 because they thought it was too expensive, basically waiting for it to get a lower price. The same does not apply to the 360 today, maybe there are some, but a minority of potential consumers nonetheless. However I do expect a significant rise in sales, though not as explosive as the one seen when the ps3 cut its price but rather over a longer period of time.

Agreed, completely, the ps3 is held to much higher standards than other current gen consoles in pretty much anything it. However, I don't think that's unfair considering the ps3 has +1 year of development behind it, an incredibly succesful past and in my opinion doesn't even belong in the same gen as the 360 and even less the wii. But not to worry, the ps3 is starting to meet those high demands and I have no doubt what so ever that it will continue to improve.

I'd understand you comparing res2 to geow2 if you were a fanboy, but apparently your not since you're also comparing it to kz 2; which to a sony fanboy is like the second coming.
