Go read the article again, this time with your reading glasses Nancy, they specifically said they cut 2 desks so they could make the fit, and would release it later as dlc. DLC which people would have to PAY for which originally was supposed to be free.
Pc works differently. You install using your disc/discs and use 1 disc to play the full game without swapping ever again. On a console you are constantly switching back and forth.

Meh, just saying I won't be getting any more CoD games for as long as I live. All they have been are dissapointments, bugs, glitches, and hackers.
No innovation, just dress up the same shooter with a couple of new guns and some new maps. I would consider it if neither activision nor treyarch were part of it. So there's the chance of that.

I like the fact that they are getting past the censorship issue devs tend to have (must appease 13 year old children). Just don't know about marijuana fitting in, seems to be pandering to the pothead masses :P. I always imagined something like cocaine to be a bigger of this kind of setting.
