Wow people enough of this beta crap. Cod hasn't done it since waw and it's not going t o be done again. What's the point of a public beta when the game has 1 month until it releases?

I agree with the man. I think what he means by "stale" is that there are no new radical gameplay changes (in the single player part) that can justify buying another assasins creed. You'll still have diverse missions sure,but you'll still be countering attacks, throwing smoke bombs, and running like hell to a haystack. It makes no sense to push the God of War collection to be released perhaps simultaneously with God of War 3. No one will buy it. Delaying the release date defeats the purpose of releasing it in the first place.
Is it even possible to "unlock" PS2 backward compatibility with a simple firmware update? Isn't that more of a hardware issue? The emotion chip. Or the emulator part.
Do you honestly believe that it'll be 50-50 everywhere else besides in Japan? Thats just self delusion. Most of the japanese rpgs that have been released on the 360 have done pretty horribly. Now I'm not saying that the rpgs on the ps3 have done any better, but there are many people who bought a ps3 for FFXIII. The same reason people bought a 360 for Halo 3.

Guess the main issue with all subsequent COD games after 4 is that the online segment of COD 4 was nearly perfect. Something no other COD game has been able to match.
