I see them going for PUBG Corp over the other ones. It just smells of Minecraft all over again. Buy the most popular game in the world and then just farm it out to everyone else with license fees :P
It's nothing to do with the game pass. This is about Windows 10, and having Steam be part of it. Steam is never going to have any effect on Xbox.
Yeah "hundreds of billions" is way off the mark. Valve was recently valued at $5.5 billion. If MS put say, $10 billion on the table, they'd be stupid not to bite their hands off.
