i have a friend who plays fighting games, tekken and Sf
he doesnt use sticks, and he cant use xbox pad, so he bought a ps3 pad for xbox, with some converter, but it had slight lag in it, he eventually swapped his console for ps3, and tekken, and didnt like dual shock 3 cuz of triggers,
he went to dualshock 2 again with converter on ps3,
he noticed lag cuz of the converer. lol
he then stuck to ps3 dualshock 3, and is overall...
about 5 years ago, i had a good job and good money, i was really hardcore, but nowadays, i cant afford pc gaming, i had to stick with my xbox360,
its bad i have to stick with 2nd hand games too.
I DO MISS PC, but my wallet wont let me go back there yet.
RIGHT NOW, I AM SOO GLAD CONSOLES EXIST,
i have had 360 like forever, 3 of them, and recently decided to get ps3 and play all them back catalogue exclusives, some feel next gen like god of war 3, uncharted and oh my days last of us feels like next gen.
but it is amazing how someone sais that 360 was a great multimedia box, and doesnt realise there was better one, and one that also did bluray 7 years ago. i had a hd tv, with no bluray movies, i was a twat. the only gripe i have with ps3 is slow menu. thats it

but it will do it if you pay for the services, just like anything else. like pc and sky and cable.
