We have a follow up article that will be out in a couple of days, in which Travis lays out his philosophy on writing a game review, kind of a how to, yet still relevant I think to those who are already seeing print.

Nice job.
With creative non-fiction being as popular as it is on and off the web, this particular nit of N4Gs is antiquated at best and absolutely unnecessary.
But I fixed it per your instructions.
please set it free.
This is happening. And if MS fails. It will happen the other ways in which it's already happening. The industry has been using the how-to-boil-a-frog method to slowly take away game ownership for a while now. Only way to stop it is to organize a boycott. Make a stink, creat a ton of bad publicity for those pushing this sh@$.
In the world of Android gaming where my magazine resides, most of the money is made by way of freemium crap apps. I doubt it will go down the same wa...

We clearly missed that angle, and will be sure to exploit it when we reprise the article in the summer. Thank you though for pointing it out. I sent your comments to the HD writer in question, likely he'll get back to you shortly.

The original was reported for a first-person reference in the description. I deleted the original, which I did not have time to fix and resubmitted.

Let my story go.
In about a week I plan to archive this into a subscribers only section of my website.
1.Should I then delete this excerpt from N4G?
2.Would I be breaking N4G's rules if I kept it posted here?
