Yes, I've played 1,2 and 3 on PS! And regarding to the "get a PS3" comment; Metal Gear isn't enough motivation for me to go and buy a PS3. Neither are the other exclusives. It's PC and 360 that's a rockin' my boat nowadays...

Bethesda's Oblivion, Fallout 3 and Skyrim gave me around a 1000 hours of the best RPG gameplay this gen and I love them for that! Over ambitious? Yes.. But from my point of view that's a good quality even though it comes with the occasional bug. There are no other developers out there that would even try to come close to making a game as big and complicated as Skyrim.

I'm already paying between 71,42$ (55 Euro's) and 77,92$ (60 Euro's) for recently released (console) games, ever since this gen started. Hope it won't get more expensive. It kinda sucks to be on this side of the ocean when it comes to gaming..
