Im a new Ys fan too started with Ys OiF on my Vita and fell in love!
You should buy Ys Seven (psp) on the psn store for your Vita it will prepare you for the Vita Title because gameplay is mostly the same like Celceta and its a very fun game for only 10€/$
Im not familiar with the Legend of Heroes Games.
I bought some weeks ago Trails in the Sky for my Vita Backlog.. so after that comes second and 3rd chapter (all psp games right?) what about the rest ?

i started 3 years ago with Disgaea 1 on my psp and fell in love with the series.After that i bought every Disgaea xD
The first Disgaea is very good but of course keep in mind its a very old game and grafics arent the best.
I still played it over 200h even killed Baal the secret boss xD
cant wait for Disgaea 4 Return on Vita in 2014 :)
