but you are entitled to your opinion. I will be enjoying the game. i think it made all the advancements it needed to change the gameplay in small ways to make it better.
and you say the story sucks... yet many places say that it has improved greatly on it.
no. People dont come out and say a game is in development day 1.
All I was trying to say is that they are not trying to compete against LPB and aren't ripping them off.
you really think that this game has only been worked on for a short amount of time.
I can almost guarantee that this was being worked on before LPB was announced.
I think people are trying to make it look like they are trying mimic LPB but I just see it as another game that is trying to have user-generated content.
when you have a game that was as good as gears of war, it is hard to expand on it and make it sooo much better.
8 player co-op? I dont think there are actually that many people in the campaign.
I think you are just trying to make up excuses. The game has what is the mot important.. GAMEPLAY. It has great gameplay. and doesnt need all the other things to try and make it self look good.

Kids want to be rockstars when they are young. That is why Rock Band and Guitar are so successful. Because all ages love it.
There are a lot more people that learn to play instruments due to those two games then there will be out of this game.

who keeps going on about it being the BETA... Betas are suppose to come out way ahead of the release. Not a few weeks ahead of the release date.
I have played the Beta and I can say that I agree with a few things. I mainly played coop but found that you really HAD to play with 8 people or you were gonna have close to no fun. Mainly due to dying over and over again due to there only being 2 of us.
To me.. I really did see it as a demo just because the ship date is rig...
I really do. It really made you care for what decisions you make and how your choices effect people.
but they are additions and do make for more exciting battles.
I like the idea of limiting it to 5 vs. 5. It is a good number and personally I agree with the call. Having too many people would take away from the tactical part of the game.
