I like PS3 as a first choice but would like both, ironically I stayed away from 360 because of RROD but recently my PS3 launch system got YLOD, no console is safe from failure, I was able to repair it myself for $30 but that's not the point, Sony makes mistakes too.
Tuesday I was at walmart and meijer both stores had about 6-7 each. I go today to get one, all gone! Called all over my area, gone! A big part of this are people buying them and putting them on Ebay for huge profit because they know they are hard to find, check out Ebay if you want to pay double. I gotta say this sucks.
I can tell you for a fact that the 60gb launch models are not built as solid as you think. I just took mine apart to repair YLOD and the heat sinks dont even touch the CPU AND GPU they had to use so much thermal compound to fill that gap that it was all over the motherboard, it was a mess! this error is what causes the launch systems to overheat and yellow light after the compound burns away. My launch system got YLOD 2 days before my copy of GOW III arrived in the mail. No I will not pay $150.00 to get a refurb 6 weeks from now, fix it myself for $10.00.
The store doesn't update for me till around 8 or 9pm. Kind of a bummer but hey you can't complain about "FREE".

I've always enjoyed going thru the SP first, or most of it so at least there's that. I'm not the greatest MP gamer anyway, get owned a lot but still have a good time. But hey the MP status screen looks better than most of the horrible games out there right now... Haha! I kid, or do I?

Never been a big fan of Gamestop and I usually never pre order games but, when I saw they were offering the demo voucher and exclusive Phantom of Chaos character skin I could not help myself, they got my 5 bucks and it was money well spent.
