Want to know the funny thing? Last gen Sony fanboys always said to not judge the PS3 by the poor multiplatform games that often ran at a lower res or fps than the 360 versions, and always said to wait for exclusives. They were right. Now this gen the Xbox fanboys are saying don't judge the system by the early multiplats while the developers figure out the ESRAM, just wait for the exclusives... Yet the Sony faithful plug their ears and sing the victory song.

lfc - I have both an XBL and a PSN account, but I only played online with my PS3 twice, I think. The controller was just too small and uncomfortable for me to be proficient with, and those slippery and convex analog sticks and the lack of proper triggers (I did buy those snap-on triggers and they were nice) were a killjoy.
But other than that, the early PSN was disjointed and not enjoyable, unlike XBL. MS truly does make good software, and it shows with every Xbox.

The problem is that they show you PC trailers and everyone goes nuts. PS4 fanboys believe that the game will look like that on their system and are then disappointed when it looks much worse, because they think their system is equivalent to a high end PC, and blame the publisher.
You own it forever on the 360, but only as long as your Live subscription is current on the X1, same as the PS4. I'm not sure if that means you can play it offline on the X1, I haven't paid attention to it yet, but I'm going to say yes, you probably can.
Yes, MS did this in response to Sony. However, I hope you don't think that Sony originally did it out of the goodness of their hearts or because they love you... They did it to get one up on XBL.
