The CELL is what makes the PS3 powerful.
Last time I checked you can't get the CELL in home PC's only Super Computers.

Gears is just unreal 3 in 3rd person even the characters look the same.
Half Life 2 does have multi player and Valve made it free also there's 1000 servers for it.

Most people liked Half Life 2 and don't know about the online. Using the gravity gun to throw toilets at friends is great epic fun. :D

just make GTA5 on PS3 and use 50GB blu ray disk to it's full also max the cell power for graphics.
Port to 360 a year later and make the users change the 1/5 disks on each island visit. If not GTA5 is a rent this time, San Andreas is king.

the movies are not really 3D, Imax is true 3D that comes out of the screen to your face. I've not seen 3D in a 3D tv yet.
